Terms of Service

Welcome to Vibes.live. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vibes.live mobile application ("the App") operated by Andrew Norby ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vibes.live. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Registration

Access to Vibes.live is by invitation only. You must have a valid invite code to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
You must provide accurate information when creating your profile.
One account per person. Do not share your account credentials.
Invite codes are provided for your personal use. Do not sell or publicly distribute invite codes.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Vibes.live in a manner that is respectful and lawful. You may not:

Harass, abuse, or intimidate other users through social features
Upload offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content as profile photos or concert photos
Impersonate other people or create misleading profiles
Attempt to access other users' data or circumvent security measures
Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access the App or its data
Use the App for any commercial purpose without our permission
Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure or services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. User-Generated Content

Your content: You retain ownership of content you upload (profile photos, concert photos). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store, display, and distribute it within the App as part of the service.
Content standards: Photos must be your own or you must have the right to share them. Do not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.
Removal: You may delete your content at any time. We may also remove content that violates these Terms.

5. Concert and Event Data

Concert listings, event details, ticket prices, and on-sale information are sourced from Ticketmaster and other third-party providers.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of event data. Event details may change without notice.
Ticket purchases are handled entirely by third-party ticketing services. We are not a party to any ticket transaction.
Always verify event details with the official venue or ticketing provider before making plans or purchases.

6. Third-Party Services

Vibes.live integrates with third-party services including Spotify, Apple Music, and Ticketmaster. Your use of these services through the App is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Vibes.live name, logo, and App design are our property.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our permission.
Shared concert data is sourced from third parties and is subject to their terms.

8. Service Availability

Vibes.live is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or any features at any time without prior notice.
We are not liable for any loss of data or service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Vibes.live is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Termination

By you: You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion permanently removes all your data.
By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, with or without notice.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
